OceanVeil have announced that they've licensed the anime "Ishida and Asakura" for their streaming platform. No release date was provided but the press release highlighted that the English dub produced for it was an early work from Ascendant Animation, their frequent collaborator when producing English dubs. Notably, the episodes are 2 minutes long with the entire season of 12 episodes adding up to 24 minutes.
A note in the press release states "※Streaming availability for Ishida and Asakura is limited and may differ depending on your region." Upon contacting OceanVeil, they clarified that Ishida and Asakura is, for the moment, restricted to North America.

"The friendship of high school boys can be a unique and oftentimes surreal existence for outsiders looking in. Of course, the friendship between our protagonists Ishida and Asakura, is no different. Asakura is obsessed with curvaceous women and dreams of becoming a teacher to be surrounded by attractive girls all day. But Ishida dreams of opening a flower shop with Asakura?! Join these two crazy characters—and the bizarre students and teachers that populate their high school—as they get into all sorts of hilarious antics!"
